Hi everyone! I know it’s been a while since my last but I have a very interesting story to share about the brown bluchers I’m wearing in this one, so I hope you forgive me for the delay.
So this story like every other good story, starts with a Zara sale and like every other girl, I was pretty excited about it. I went in hoping to pick up a few pieces when my eyes met with these lovely brown bluchers, and I knew I had to have them.
It was like love at first sight. Not only are these shoes really classy with just enough heel but they are also extremely comfortable. So what was the problem then? I couldn’t find the left shoe in my size!
I searched the entire store for the left shoe limping around with the right shoe on, as I was not ready to part with it lest someone else eyes it. Unfortunately, I failed.
I’m size 6 usually in shoes and the interesting thing to note is that, the size 7 of the same shoe was missing the right shoe and size 6 was missing the left shoe. Which basically meant that somebody had taken the right shoe of the size 7 and the left shoe of the size 6. To that person I ask, What is wrong with you?
However, as I mentioned earlier, I really wanted that shoe. The question was, if I was willing to make a compromise or not. As it turns out, I did end up doing that, so what I’m wearing in these photos, is a size 6 on my right foot and a size 7 on my left foot. No Kidding! The sales executives at the store were pretty surprised that I still bought them, but you know the things we do for love.
This outfit as a whole epitomizes my weekend mood, casual and relaxed. A simple blue slip dress with a printed shirt dress keeps this outfit casual and comfortable. I also did an all blue outfit long back, more suited for a more chilly weather. Check it out here!
